Fieldline Horse Floats

• We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated.
• All of our Fieldline floats are made from start to finish in New Zealand.
• We start with New Zealand made steel and our team weld the chassis and frame together in our factory in Penrose. The complete chassis and frame is then sent for hot dip galvanising inside and out and then returned to Penrose. The galvanised axles, wheels and brakes are then fitted and tested.
• The floor is 50mm thick H4 tanalised treated NZ timber which is bolted to the frame with a 12mm anti-shock rubber mat fully sealed to it.
• The cladding is NZ Coloursteel, a long lasting baked on enamel finish, far superior to paint.
• The internal side kick sheets are 12mm thick high density Polyethylene, an extremely robust long lasting plastic.
• By controlling the quality of materials used and employing the best New Zealand craftsmen we are able to confidently offer our industry leading lifetime warranty on the structure of the float ensuring the extremely safe and comfortable transport of your horse for many years.
